• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their business purposes.
• Bizonnet retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, templates, CMS systems, and automation tools.
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of Bizonnet’s intellectual property.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required content, and timely feedback to ensure smooth project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payments

• Fees are outlined in proposals or invoices.
• Payments are due as agreed, typically with an advance deposit before work begins.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.

6. Hosting and Third-Party Services

• For hosting or third-party services arranged by Bizonnet, the client agrees to comply with the respective provider’s terms.
• Bizonnet is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party services.

7. Maintenance and Updates

Where maintenance or optimization is included, Bizonnet will provide updates and monitoring as per the service plan. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or third-party tampering voids responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bizonnet is not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or data due to downtime, cyberattacks, or third-party issues.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of services.
• Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

9. Confidentiality

Bizonnet and the client agree to protect confidential information shared during projects. This obligation survives after the completion of services.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
• Fees for work already completed remain payable.
• Bizonnet may terminate services if the client breaches these Terms.
• An early termination fee may be charged, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

11. Modifications

Bizonnet may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international and local laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts.
